DESCRIPTION
Mizon Cicaluronic Toner is a slightly-acidic, self-foaming toner that soothes and moisturizes the skin at the same time.
- Formulated with 90% naturally-derived ingredients, including chamomile flower water and EWG green-level ingredients.
- Contains centella asiatica extract and eight types of moisturizing agents - hyaluronic acid.
- Leaves a refreshing finish without any stickiness.
HOW TO USE
1. Use after cleansing. Dispense on hands or a cotton pad, and apply to the skin.
2. Gently pat to let absorb.

Standard Shipping usually takes 1- 5 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.
