Important notice for New Zealand customers

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986. If we arrange delivery, we are responsible for making sure your order arrives and is not damaged in transit. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will help.

1. Where we ship

We ship within New Zealand and to selected international destinations shown at checkout. If your country is available at checkout, we can ship to you.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight or size of your order.

3. Dispatch timeframes

We offer both ready-to-ship products and pre-order products.

Ready-to-ship items

Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items are arranged through our supply chain after you place your order. Estimated dispatch time is usually 7 to 14 business days, unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page.

Important note about estimates

Dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates and can change due to supplier delays, international freight, customs processing, courier volumes, weather, or other factors outside our control. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

4. Orders containing a mix of pre-order and ready-to-ship items

If your order includes both pre-order and ready-to-ship products, we usually dispatch your order once all items are available.

We may choose to split ship your order, so you receive available items sooner. If we split ship, you will receive tracking details for each parcel. Split shipping is at our discretion and depends on stock availability and operational capacity.

If you prefer separate shipping for ready-to-ship items, contact us before we dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

6. Delivery timeframes after dispatch

New Zealand deliveries

Delivery timeframes vary by destination and courier. Urban deliveries are typically faster than rural deliveries.

International deliveries

International delivery timeframes vary by country and courier network. Your order may be held by customs in the destination country. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

7. Address details

Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, you may need to pay a reshipping fee. If the parcel is lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we may not be able to replace it. We will still do our best to help you locate the parcel.

8. Delivery issues, lost parcels, and damage in transit

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

To speed up investigations, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, or within 48 hours after your tracking shows delivered if you did not receive it. This is a practical request to help with courier investigations and does not limit your rights.

We may ask for:

  • your order number
  • photos of the parcel and any damage
  • confirmation of your delivery address

If we arrange delivery, we are responsible for sorting out delivery problems and working with the courier.

9. Cancellations before dispatch

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Pre-order purchases are arranged especially for you. Once your order has been processed or prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel it.
