Round Lab 1025 Dokdo Toner is an award-winning toner that helps to hydrate the skin and improve skin texture.
- HATCHING EX-07 mildly removes dead skin cells and sebum for clearer and more refined skin
- Panthenol, Allantoin and Betaine helps to soothe and protect skin
- Leaves skin feeling dewy and supple
HOW TO USE
After cleansing face, saturate a cotton pad with an appropriate amount of toner. Gently sweep over face from the center outwards along the skin texture. Pat gently to aid absorption.
