Rom&nd Han All Flat Brow is a flat tipped brow pencil designed to make it easy to create clean, naturally defined brows without clumping.
• Flat lead allows you to quickly fill and shape the brows with soft, even strokes
• Available in several shades to suit different hair colours and styles
• Buildable colour that can be layered for either a subtle or more structured brow look
• Wax and oil based formula forms a protective coating that helps withstand sweat for long lasting wear

How to use

1. Use the flat edge to outline your desired brow shape and fill in sparse areas. 2. Brush through with the spoolie to blend the colour and soften any harsh lines.
