HOW TO USE
- Lay the brush flat to tighten your eyes.
- With your eyes open, create dots on the inner, center, and outer points of your lid. Connect the dots to create a line.
- Lay the brush flat to draw a sharp wing. Create a line from start to finish along the lash line. Finished!
