Pre-Order Shipping Policy Terms & Conditions 💖

At Lady Bonita, we are delighted to bring you the latest and most loved K-Beauty and skincare products. Many of our items are offered on a pre-order basis, which gives you the chance to secure your favourites in advance while we organise their delivery to you.

🌸 What does pre-order mean?

A pre-order item is one that we arrange especially for you once your order is placed. By purchasing on pre-order, you are reserving the product, and we will deliver it directly to you as soon as it is ready to ship.

⏳ Delivery times

Pre-order items usually ship within 5 to 14 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on suppliers or international shipping conditions. If your order includes a mix of pre-order and ready-to-ship products, we may send them in separate packages so you can enjoy what is available sooner.

📦 Shipping and tracking

Once your items are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to follow your order every step of the way until it arrives safely at your door.

🔄 Change of mind

When you receive our confirmation email letting you know that all your products are ready to ship, your order is final. At this stage, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes of mind, as your items are already prepared for dispatch.

💳 Refunds

In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we may need to cancel that item. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that processing times vary between banks, but refunds usually appear within 2–5 business days.
