Matcha Biome Redness Relief Hydrating Toner is a soothing toner that targets redness, dehydration and excess sebum.

How to use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to your hands or a cotton pad and gently tap into the skin for better absorption. Depending on your skin’s condition, you can layer 2–5 times.
