Haruharu Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Free of Alcohol & Fragrance is a lightweight toner that deeply hydrates all layers of the skin and instantly refreshes it.
- 95% naturally derived ingredients, including 2,000ppm of Korean black rice extract that helps prevent the signs of aging by enhancing the skin elasticity with rich nourishment.

HOW TO USE
After cleansing, apply a moderate amount evenly over the face and pat lightly for better absorption.

Standard Shipping usually takes 1- 5 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.
