APLB Retinol Vitamin C Vitamin E Facial Toner contains 12.0% of Retinol Vita CEN.
- Combats signs of aging and gives skin a radiance and moisture boost.
- Contains various types of centella asiatica extract to soothe irritated and sensitive skin.
- Lightweight formula adheres well and absorbs quickly without leaving a sticky after-feel.
HOW TO USE
After washing, take an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and gently wipe along the skin texture. Tap gently to absorb.
