Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight milky toner enriched with Rice Bran Water and Niacinamide to brighten uneven dull skin tone, while balancing sebum production, promoting a clear and radiant complexion.
- Formulated with Ceramide AP and NP to soothe irritated skin, while preventing moisture loss and reinforcing skin barrier.
- Contains Sodium Hyaluronate and Betaine to further amplify soothing and moisturizing effects for sensitive skin, while reducing inflammation.
- A milky texture that delivers deep hydration to skin with a non-sticky and refreshing finish. Fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types.
HOW TO USE
Dispense a moderate amount on a cotton pad or simply pat with your palms all over face.
