Rohto Melano CC Medicated Spot Whitening Lotion Light is a watery-lotion/toner that is formulated with Vitamin C to help fade dark spots and brighten skin tone while keeping the skin moisturized.

HOW TO USE
After cleansing, dispense an appropriate amount onto cotton pad or hands. Gently wipe/massage over entire face. Pat gently to aid absorption.
