Numbuzin No.4 Hydrating Glow Mineral Toner prepares your skin for your next skin care or base makeup.
- Contains 89% of Thermal Water with 5 layers of Hyaluronic Acid that help boost your skin with hydration.
- Smooths your skin with PHA, a mild exfoliant for sensitive skin.
- Get a brighter skin complexion with Niacinamide.
HOW TO USE
1. Apply the toner 1-2 times.
2. Use your hands or gently wipe with cotton pads before applying makeup.
3. Or you can apply toner to cotton pads and put them on areas you need to hydrate for 1 minute.
This item is supplied on a pre-order basis. If any unit becomes unavailable at fulfilment, we’ll refund the affected amount to your original payment method and email you a confirmation (typically within 1–3 business days).

Standard Shipping usually takes 1- 5 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer.
