COSRX started in 2013 and its name comes from the combination of two words 'cosmetics' and  'Rx(Prescription)'. They consider themselves to be the best solutions for various skin problems which they truly are, something really cool about the way they do things at COSXR is that they have a specific and public list of ingredients they would never ever use because they consider them not natural enough, for example, some of the ingredients are talc, mineral oil, resorcinol ingredients, urea, Sulfates SLS and SLES, Parabens, etc.

Their focus is on creating products with skin-friendly ingredients that alleviate irritated skin, their main goal is simple and great, they just want to give you the best skincare you can get with transparent ingredients and focus on providing a better tomorrow to their customers, they even have a character called Mr Rx who is their brand ambassador as he represents all COSRX staff and their goal of treating skin problems and preparing you to have a better tomorrow with nicer skin.
