This kit contains:

- Jumiso Yes I Am Toner AHA 5% (15ml): This alcohol-free toner is an ideal post-cleansing product for all skin types, including those with sensitive skin. Formulated with AHA, panthenol and lemon myrtle, it exfoliates dead skin cells, leaving skin smoother and more radiant. Also, it helps get rid of dead skin cells for softer and smoother skin.
- Jumiso All day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Facial Serum (5ml): A brightening serum that evens out your skin tone and improves your skin's elasticity. Enriched with extracts from vitamin tree and cica to soothe skin, hyaluronic acid to moisturize, and chamomile extract to control sebum production.
- Jumiso Have A Good Cream Snail & Centella (10g): A daily moisturiser that helps soothe and calm sensitive, stressed-out skin. Also, it helps to fade hyperpigmentation while restoring elasticity to the skin, leaving it smooth and radiant. It is enriched with extracts from Centella Asiatica and snail secretion filtrate.
- First use the Jumiso All Day Vitamin Clean & Mild Facial Cleanser.
- Second, use the Jumiso Yes I Am Toner AHA 5%.
- Then the Jumiso All day Vitamin Brightening & Balancing Facial Serum.

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
We use Compostable Courier Bags for all the orders.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.
Standard Shipping usually takes 1- 5 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination. Delivery outside major towns and cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer. Major towns and cities are: Whangarei, Auckland, Hamilton, Cambridge, Te Awamutu, Tauranga, Whakatane, Rotorua, Tokoroa, Taupo, Gisborne, New Plymouth, Wanganui, Napier, Hastings, Palmerston North, Fielding, Levin, Masterton, Wellington/Kapiti, Nelson, Blenheim, Christchurch, Greymouth, Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Queenstown, Dunedin, Invercargill.
We sent all the orders with Signature.
If you prefer Non-Signature please let us now. Non-Signature Orders are sent at the buyer's risk, so please make sure that your Courier has a safe place to leave your parcel if you will not be home to receive it. Neither Lady Bonita nor Courier Post / Fastway are liable for parcels that have been stolen.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept empty or more than half empty products. We will only accept unopened products.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as personal care cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Accessories with obvious signs of use.
- Products record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
All returns are subject to validation and approval at Lady Bonita’s discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For convenience, we issue refunds in Lady Bonita online Credit, which will be credited to your account or send by email immediately. Lady Bonita online Credit can be applied on your next purchase.
In cases related with our service, inventory or website the client can get a replacement or refund and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We are not a manufacturer of the products or a courier company. We work with recognized brands and outsourced delivery companies, so we have no responsibility for the components and properties of the products or for delivery times.
We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Upon purchase of your order, you will be given up to 2 hours to cancel your order. We will provide you a full refund unconditionally if you cancel your order within 2 hours. However if 2 hours has passed since you made the order, you will have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to refund your original shipping charges, and we do not offer exchanges on any of our products.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
While Lady Bonita strives to ensure the accuracy of its product images and information, some manufacturing changes to packaging and/or ingredients may be pending update on our site. Although items may occasionally ship with alternate packaging, freshness is always guaranteed. We recommend that you read labels, warnings and directions of all products before use and not rely solely on the information provided by Lady Bonita.
